Creator programme terms
1. The programme
The Silviero creator programme lets you recommend our paintings and earn a commission on the orders that come through your personal code or link. Joining is free and open to anyone over 18. Amiscon Global S.L. (Valencia, Spain) runs the shop and the programme.
2. Your code and link
After signing up you get a personal code and a link (silviero.com/r/…). Buyers who use the code, or arrive through the link, get 10% off. The link remembers your code in the buyer’s browser for 60 days and applies it to the cart automatically. An order belongs to you when your code is on it.
3. Commission
You earn 15% of the order value without VAT and without shipping, after the buyer’s discount. Orders placed with the email of your own account, gift codes and orders that are cancelled or returned do not earn a commission.
4. Waiting period
Each commission waits 30 days from payment — the time a buyer has to return the painting. After that it becomes available. If an order is refunded after its commission was paid, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
5. Payouts
You can withdraw your available balance from 50 €. We pay through Stripe (after a one-time identity check on Stripe’s page), by bank transfer (IBAN) or PayPal. Every payout is reviewed and sent by a person, usually within a few working days of your request. You are responsible for declaring your income and for any taxes in your country; if you are a business, we may ask you for an invoice.
6. Free paintings
You can ask for a painting from your dashboard. If we approve it, you receive a one-time code for that work with free shipping, valid for 60 days. We may decline requests without giving a reason.
7. How to promote
Label every paid recommendation clearly (#ad, #publicidad or the platform’s paid partnership tag). Do not use spam, misleading claims, fake reviews, or paid search ads on the name Silviero. Do not pretend to be Silviero or the artist. We may pause an account and cancel unpaid commissions if these rules are broken.
8. Changes and ending
You can stop at any time. We may change the commission or the discount for future orders; we will tell you in advance by email. Commissions already earned are kept. Personal data is handled under our privacy policy; buyers’ personal data is never shared with partners.
