Silviero World — terms of the pass & challenge rules
Effective from 19 October 2026.
1. Who sells the pass
Silviero World passes are sold by Amiscon Global S.L. (NIF B70862099), Av. d’Aragón, 30, 8ª planta, 46021 Valencia, España, the company that runs silviero.com. Registro Mercantil de Valencia, tomo 11531, libro 8809, folio 211, sección 8, hoja V-216907, inscripción 1ª. You can reach us at info@silviero.com. These terms apply together with our general terms of sale and our privacy policy; where they differ, these terms prevail for passes.
2. What you buy
A Silviero World pass is a digital service. We create a personalised illustrated character from the photo you upload — or, with the Heart pass, a heart lantern carrying your @handle — and show it in the online artwork Silviero World for as long as the world is online, and in any case for at least 24 months from the day your character moves in.
Resident passes and above also include a mention in the collective artwork “A Million Hearts”, the painting on the town square that gathers every resident.
What each pass adds: Heart — a heart lantern with your @handle floating over the town. Resident — your character walks the streets; a tap opens your profile. Artist — Resident plus your own easel on the street, and your pet from a second photo. Patron — Artist plus your own little studio house with your @handle on the sign. Legend — Patron plus a statue on your district’s square, shown larger and further forward in “A Million Hearts”. Plots are assigned automatically as the town grows.
Status places on the plaza: First line on the plaza — your easel in the first line of the plaza, next to the giant easel of “A Million Hearts”. House on the plaza — your own house on the plaza with your @handle on the sign. Statue on the plaza — your statue on the plaza itself. Each includes your character and, from a second photo, your pet. There are only a few of each in the whole town, and the spot on the plaza is assigned automatically.
3. What you do not buy
A pass is the purchase of a digital service. It is not a contribution to any cause and it is not an investment. It does not give you any right in, or share of, Silviero World, “A Million Hearts” or any other artwork, nor any part of the income from their sale, licensing or exhibition.
We make no promise about the future of “A Million Hearts” — whether, when or how it may be finished, printed, exhibited or sold. The hearts counter is a playful measure of how the town grows: hearts have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed.
4. Price and payment
Prices are shown at the kiosk in the currency of your country — US dollars, pounds sterling, Canadian dollars or euros — and include VAT where it applies. A pass is a digital service, so VAT follows the country you tell us you are in; in the United States and Canada any sales tax is calculated from your state or province. The total shown before you pay is the total you are charged.
Payment is by card or wallet through Stripe. Your card details never reach our servers. Discount codes, partner codes and store credit do not apply to passes.
The first 1,000 residents are founders. While founder places remain, the prices of the Resident, Artist, Patron and Legend passes rise in steps as founders move in. Status places on the plaza are limited, and each one taken raises the price of the next. The price shown at the kiosk when you pay is the price you pay; later changes do not affect it.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under Spanish consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract made online. For a pass, at the kiosk you expressly ask us to create your character straight away and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once it has been created (Article 103(m) of the Spanish consumer law, TRLGDCU). The character is also made to your specifications, from your photo and @handle (Article 103(c)).
Until your character has been created you may cancel by writing to us, and we refund you in full. If we cannot create a character from your photo, we will ask you for another one or refund you. Your rights if the service is not supplied as described are not affected.
6. Your character
Characters are usually created within minutes of payment; occasionally it takes longer, and our studio may look at a character before it moves in. Each character is an artistic interpretation in the Silviero style, not a portrait or a guaranteed likeness. Copyright in the characters, Silviero World and “A Million Hearts” stays with their author.
You allow us, worldwide and without any fee, to show your character, your @handle and a link to your profile in Silviero World, in “A Million Hearts” and in images and videos of them — for example our daily reel — for as long as they are shown.
7. House rules
Use your own Instagram or TikTok account only. The photo must show you, or someone who has given you their permission, and must not be offensive, sexual, violent or unlawful or infringe anyone’s rights.
We remove impersonation and offensive content without refund. We may also hide or remove a character when the law requires it, or when the linked account is used for unlawful or abusive purposes.
8. Removal on request
You can ask us to remove your character at any time by writing to info@silviero.com from the email address you used. We remove it from Silviero World straight away and from “A Million Hearts” at its next render. Once a physical edition of “A Million Hearts” exists, the characters already in it cannot be changed. Removal on request after the character has been created does not entitle you to a refund.
9. Your photos and data
We use your photo only to create your character, and delete it within 7 days. Photos from purchases that are not completed are deleted within 7 days as well. To create the character, the photo is processed by our image-generation provider under our instructions and is not used for anything else.
Your email is used for your receipt and to tell you when your character moves in. Personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy.
10. Gifts
You can buy a pass as a gift. Instead of creating a character, we email the person you name a personal invitation for that pass. It can be used once and is valid for 60 days. They choose their own @handle and photo, and accept these terms and the house rules, when they accept it. You receive a copy of the invitation with the link, and we use the recipient’s email only to send it.
At the kiosk you ask us to send the invitation straight away and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once it has been sent. If the email address was wrong, write to us and we will send the invitation to the right one.
11. Business places
A business place is a digital advertising service. We place a market stall or a sign carrying the name and logo you give us, with a link to your website, in Silviero World — on the plaza, in the first ring of quarters around it or on a street further out, depending on the place you choose; the exact spot in that area is ours to assign. Every business place is marked as advertising (“Ad”).
We review every place within 24 hours of payment. We may decline a place, and then refund you in full. We do not place adult content, gambling, weapons, tobacco or vaping products, political or religious campaigning, or anything unlawful, misleading or infringing anyone’s rights. You confirm that you may use the name, logo and link you give us, and you allow us to show them — and images and videos of the town that include them — while your place is up.
Your place stays up for as long as the world is online, and in any case for at least 12 months from the day it goes up. If the linked site later breaks these rules or stops working, we may hide the place until you give us a new link; if we remove it for a breach of these rules, no refund is due. Business places are bought for business purposes, so the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Prices include VAT where it applies.
12. Age
You must be 18 or older to buy a pass. Challenges are open from the age of 14 (Article 7 of the Spanish data protection law, LOPDGDD).
13. Challenge rules
When one of our posts says “comment and I’ll paint you into my city”, your comment is how you ask to move in. We paint commenters in the order we can, from the profile picture of the public account they commented from, at our discretion and with no purchase involved; nobody is guaranteed a character or a date. The character links to that account. This is open from the age of 14. Ask us at any time — by message or at info@silviero.com — and we take the character down.
We regularly run challenges on Instagram and TikTok. Winners are chosen on merit — the most-liked comment on the challenge post, or another criterion announced in that post — and never by random draw. No purchase is necessary to take part; buying a pass does not change anyone’s chances.
Challenges are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta or TikTok. By taking part you release those platforms from any responsibility for the challenge.
Unless the challenge post announces another prize, the winning comment opens our next Silviero World video, and its author gets a Resident pass if they do not live in town yet. It is personal, cannot be transferred and has no cash alternative. We contact winners through the same network; the winner claims the prize through the invite link we send, within 14 days, after which it lapses. Entries that break the house rules, come from fake accounts or use bought likes are excluded. The house rules above apply to prize characters too.
14. Changes, complaints and law
These terms apply from 19 October 2026. We may update them for future purchases; the version in force when you bought your pass applies to it. Write to info@silviero.com with any question or complaint — we answer within one month at the latest.
Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence and may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
