About an existing order: your order number and the email you used at checkout. You can also track it yourself without writing.
About a commission: the size you have in mind, the room it is for, and any subject that matters to you. A photograph of the wall helps more than a description of it.
About a silver piece: the place you want captured. Coordinates are ideal, but a place name is enough to start.
