Work ships worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your actual address — nothing is added afterwards. Every work is made to order, so allow production time before the parcel moves.
How long things take
Prints on canvas and Places canvases are produced to order, which typically takes a few working days before dispatch. Delivery time on top depends on your country and the service you choose at checkout.
Duties and taxes
Prices include VAT. At checkout you see how much of the total is VAT before you pay. Orders shipped outside the European Union are charged without EU VAT.
Orders outside the EU may attract import duty in the destination country. That charge is set by your customs authority, not by the studio, and is not included in the price shown.
Returns
If a work arrives damaged, photograph it before unpacking further and write within 48 hours. It will be replaced or refunded.
Every work is printed after you order it, but choosing a size or a frame does not make it personalised: anything from the shop catalogue — ready-made Places included — may be returned within 14 days of delivery, under EU distance-selling rules. Please pack it as well as it arrived.
A Places canvas made from a place you chose, or a painting made from your own photo, is personalised to your order and cannot be sold to anyone else, so it is not returnable unless it arrives faulty or differs from what you ordered — the exception EU law makes for personalised goods. This is stated plainly before you order, not buried after.
Questions
- How much does shipping cost?
- It depends on the destination and is shown at checkout as soon as you enter your address, before you enter card details. Prices on the site already include VAT.
- Can I return a Places canvas I designed?
- Only if it arrives faulty or does not match what you configured. A canvas made from your own place cannot be sold to anyone else, which is why it is excluded from ordinary returns. Ready-made Places from the shop can be returned like any print.
- Do you ship outside the European Union?
- Yes, worldwide. Import duty in the destination country is set by its customs authority and is not included in the price shown at checkout.
