About
this work
Out there somebody is in a hurry, and the whole sea knows about it. The wake curls behind the boat like a signature on a document nobody asked to sign. On the terrace she follows it with her eyes and does not envy them at all. The village on the headland has never once been in a hurry and sees no reason to start.
The canvas
- Printed with fade-resistant inks on poly-cotton canvas, 344 g/m²
- Hand-stretched over solid wood bars, 3.18 cm (1.25″) deep
- Gallery wrap: the sides continue the picture as a mirror of its edges, so nothing on the front is lost around the frame
- Arrives ready to hang, mounting brackets included
- Vertical 2:3, in four sizes from 30 × 46 cm (12 × 18″) to 61 × 91 cm (24 × 36″)
- Unframed, or in a floating pine frame — black, brown or white — in 30 × 46, 51 × 76 and 61 × 91 cm
Made to order
Each canvas is printed and stretched after you order it, which takes a few working days before it ships. Delivery time and cost are shown at checkout. Making to order instead of in bulk means nothing gets printed that nobody wanted.
